Community Engagement

Community Engagement

At Harris County Universal Services, we are committed to helping residents stay connected, informed, and confident in today’s digital world.

Our Community Engagement Team works across the county to bring technology resources, education, and support directly into the communities we serve. Through partnerships with local libraries, community centers, and outreach events, we meet residents where they are and provide access to tools that make everyday life easier.

We focus on:

  • Expanding access to affordable internet and technology
  • Providing opportunities to learn and build digital skills
  • Supporting residents with trusted, in-person guidance
  • Creating welcoming spaces where residents can ask questions and learn at their own pace

We’re here to make technology easier, more accessible, and more empowering for everyone in Harris County.
