Parks and Trails Master Plan

Precinct 3 spans 555 square miles with 1.2 million residents—expected to double by 2045. As the County’s largest park system, demand continues to grow. The Parks and Trails Master Plan outlines a long-term vision to expand access, improve services, and enhance recreation for all.
